1.1 This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Direct football tickets (the "Company").
1.2 In this Agreement, the following words and phrases shall (unless the context otherwise requires) have the meanings set out beside them: Consideration means the consideration to be paid to the Company in connection with the Services provided and the purchase of a Ticket (including, but not limited to, the price of the Ticket). Event means the relevant event for which You are ordering the Company to purchase a Ticket for. Operator means, in respect of each Event, the official third party organizer that organizes and manages that Event. Services mean the Company’s services of purchasing and handling Tickets, as offered via the Website. Ticket means a ticket for the purpose of participation in an Event.Us/We/Our means the Company, and any subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors, and any other person acting for or on behalf of the Company. Website means any website owned, operated or hosted by the Company, and any software or content that is used to access such website.You/Your means the user of the Website.
1.3 By using or visiting this website, requesting tickets or purchasing tickets through Directfootballtickets you are confirming that you have fully read and agreed with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Information published on this Site
2.1 Any information and content made available through this Site are subject to various updates and changes, especially regarding tickets prices and events dates.
2.2 This Site may contain and offer information that is not owned and/or controlled by the Company, including without limitation sporting events schedules and tables. For example, when publishing the dates of sporting events the Company is entirely dependent upon information provided by third parties. Therefore you are required to verify all third party's information published through this Site. The Company uses great efforts to publish accurate information but will not be held liable for any third party's information and you may not rely upon such third-party data without independently verifying it.
2.3 Event date and time are subject to change -we recommend you to check occasionally the correct date and time to make your personal arrangements for attending the match on the new date and time as no refunds can be made for rescheduled matches and tickets will be valid for the new date and time.
2.4 In the unlikely case the price will be displayed incorrectly on the Site, the Company will keep the right to cancel and refund the order within 24 hours after the payment
3. Order & purchase tickets
3.1 Placing an Order
3.1.1 You agree to provide all the information, as may be required for the Company to process and complete your purchase, including without limitation providing a copy of your Passport and any additional details and documents, to the extent required.
3.1.2 After you have placed your order on the Site, your order will be transferred to the Company for confirmation and execution. Commencing from the time of confirmation, the order cannot be altered and/or cancelled by you, except with the Company's prior approval.
3.1.3 By placing your order on the Site and providing your credit card details, you agree that the Company will block your credit limit and afterwards (once confirming your order) charge your credit card for the required sum. After your credit card details will be approved by the credit card company, and confirm that the ordered tickets are available, your offer will be deemed executable.
3.2 Price Policy
The price is per ticket. The amount you will be charged is that indicated on the Site on the date of affecting the purchase. Without derogating from the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to alter prices of items and/or services as displayed on the Site and it may do so at any time without prior notice. By placing an order on the Site you acknowledge and agree to the fact that the ordered tickets are usually purchased at a price higher than their printed face value.
3.3 Means of Payment
Unless other payment means were confirmed by the Company in advance, the payment for the purchase of items on the Site will be effected through a valid credit card which can be cleared by one of the lawfully operating credit card companies as approved by the Company or/its credit clearance provider.
Depending on each event tickets formats can be electronic, paper regular tickets or member cards.
Member cards will be under the card`s owner name.
In the case of receiving member cards, we will provide instructions on how returned them after the event easily.
The name on the ticket is not important and what is verified before accessing an event is the code on the ticket. For example, when someone buys multiple tickets, their name appears on all tickets in the order. If the original purchaser cannot attend the event, the other tickets with his / her name are still valid and will be used so that his / her friends can attend without him/her. Also when someone buys a ticket as a gift for another person, the purchased tickets will have the name of the buyer but these will continue to be valid for the recipient.
The prices displayed on the website are per each ticket and driven by the market´s demand therefor the price that you pay may be substantially higher than the face value printed on the tickets.
The Categories on the site are standardized and doesn´t need to match with categories used by the official organizer of the event. The seat numbers are usually not known beforehand. Some categories may include standing areas or restricted view marked by the organizer of the event.
3.4 Tickets Delivery
There are several ways how we can deliver the tickets depending on the event and timing:
- By post: you will get a tracking number to follow your parcel so you will know exactly when to expect it.
- By a private courier: hand delivery to any address or hotel.)
In case of staying at a hotel, you authorize their staff to sign for the parcel on your behalf. (You will need to inform your hotel previously)
- Electronic Ticket to print at home. This option will be indicated on the site when will be available.
-Collection In case the option of delivery will not be available (due to the late release of some tickets) or by the client’s request, tickets will be sent to a local pick up address near to the event venue on the same day of the event until the kickoff.
The tickets are released usually between 7 and 3 days prior to the match reaching our customers 1-2 days before the event and occasionally, in case of delay, even the morning of the same day of the game.
3.4.1 You shall be responsible to provide the Company with the correct delivery address and other details as may be reasonably required by the Company for the accurate and timely delivery of the tickets. You are obliged to inform the Company of the final delivery details or any change thereof no later than one week prior to the event's date.
3.4.2 The Company shall not be held liable in the case confirmed tickets are not properly delivered as a result of incorrect details provided by you while placing your order, or at any time afterwards. In such a case, you will be fully charged for your order as well as for payment in respect of forwarding and handling charges. Please be careful to fill in accurate and updated details. Please note - the submission of false personal details is strictly prohibited according to law.
3.4.3. The Company shall not be held liable If you have not accepted or picked up the delivered tickets. In such case, the tickets shall be deemed delivered and you shall be fully charged for the order, including delivery fees.
3.4.4. The Company shall not be held liable in case the confirmed tickets were duly delivered to the customer's address, as provided by the customers in advance, but were not handed out to the customers by the recipient of the tickets. For example, the Company shall not be held liable in case the tickets were delivered to the customer's hotel/building reception but the customers didn't receive the tickets due to the hotel's failure to forward the tickets to the customer.
3.4.5 The Company reserves the right to change the tickets delivery method (for example, from hotel delivery to pick up location), if required. . In such case, the Company shall inform you accordingly in a timely manner and shall not be responsible or liable for any damage caused by such changes. This will not constitute a breach of contract on the Company's end.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final, so please only order tickets after you are sure that you want them. If, after you submit an order to directfootballtickets you decide that you no longer want your requested tickets, or desire to change your tickets, we do not provide refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Make sure the tickets you order are for the correct event, date and time. You cannot cancel your order if your plans change, the date or time of the event changes, you find different tickets that you prefer, or your ability to attend an event changes nor can you substitute or exchange your tickets if you order incorrectly.
No refunds will be given for any reason other than our failure to deliver the tickets. Directfootballtickets sole obligation or liability for undelivered tickets is to refund the amount you paid for the tickets. All orders must be paid in full, for the refund policy to take effect.
In case will issue to the customer a written authorization for a refund for any reason, we will do our best to process the refund as soon as we can but take into account that the refund might take up to 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of issue. Depending on the circumstances the company can choose to refund the amount by credit the customer account inside Directfootballtickets website. The customer can use this credit amount to buy new tickets within the next 180 days at Directfootballtickets.com only in accordance to these terms and conditions.
In case you ordered an event by mistake but wanted another one let us know immediately and you may be able to place a new order straight away and get a refund for the mistaken tickets but the fees will not be refundable.
As we are not related to the official organizer we are usually not entitled to receive a refund for covid-19 canceled or played behind closed doors events. We will then credit your account on our site with the same value of your order to spend in any other future event available on our shop within the next 2 years.
5. Special Provisions and Liability
5.1. The Company shall not be held liable if you are denied admission to an event except if the denial is due to willful misconduct of the Company.
5.2. You shall visit an event at your own risk. The Company shall not be held liable for damages that you may suffer while travelling from or to the event or attending such an event
5.3. You shall be solely responsible for obtaining the correct dates, starting times of events, and delivery or pick up details.
5.4. You shall not be provided with replacement tickets in the event of lost, stolen or damaged tickets providing these did not occur due to the Company's negligent or intended act or omission.
5.5. Without derogating from the above, In the rare event that the Company fails to deliver the confirmed tickets, or compatible tickets, due to reasons attributable to it, the Company's only obligation and liability will be limited to a maximum refund of 100% of the purchased tickets. In case the company will issue the customer a written authorization for a refund for any reason we will be processed as soon as possible but might take up to 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of issue.
5.6. Except for the Company's obligations towards you as the registered buyer of tickets as set forth herein, the Company shall not have any liability or bear any responsibility to any third party using the purchased tickets.
5.7. Force Majeure: The Company will not be responsible or liable if the customer is unable to access or attend an event and/or if the event is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond the Company's control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, civil disturbances, decision made by competent authorities and/or the organizers etc.
5.8. In the rare event that the Company will provide you tickets that are located at a worse category than the one confirmed, the Company will reimburse you the difference according to the prices of the tickets as published on the Site on the date of the purchase. In the rare event that the Company confirmed tickets for a specific team's section but you were provided with tickets to the opponent team's section, you will be reimbursed with an amount up to 10 % according to the specific circumstances of each case, at the Company's sole discretion. The Company will not accept any claim in case of upgrading the location to a better category according to categories described on the site.
5.9 The Company will always try to seat its customers in pairs unless specifically advised otherwise (for example, in case the tickets are defined on the Site as Single tickets). In the rare event that the Company will provide you with tickets that are not together in pairs as confirmed by the Company, you will be reimbursed for the separate seat with an amount up to 5% of the tickets paid price, based on the actual distance between the seats of the provided tickets.
Pairs can also be located one seat under another seat (one row different), one seat in between, or one seat diagonal to another seat (one row different).
5.10 You shall be solely responsible for abiding by the rules, regulations, policies and the code of conduct established by the local authorities and/or event organizers. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages that you may incur if denied entry or expelled from the event by the local authorities or the organizers
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and any third-party content providers to this Site from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you.
The Company will be entitled to cease supplying services through the Site and/or to cease operating the Site, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion. This section will not apply to orders confirmed prior to the Company's termination of the activity.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and any action arising out of or relating to these Terms, which the parties are unable to amicably resolve between themselves within 30 days, shall be exclusively referred to arbitration in Spain in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said rules. Said arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator shall be obligated to reason his decisions.
Despite the above said, in case of financial disputes between the Company and its customers, the Parties shall have the right to submit such claims and take all necessary legal actions at the competent court of the local jurisdiction in which the defendant resides and/or operates and in accordance with the local governing laws.
